Trouble logging in?

How to troubleshoot login issues

If you're having trouble logging in, follow these steps based on your role:

Pupil respondent

Staff respondent

Parent respondent

Administrator or user

 


Pupil respondent

๐Ÿ”ข If you have received a login code

  1. You should have received a login code and a link to your schoolโ€™s or trustโ€™s survey page.

  2. If you havenโ€™t received it, ask your teacher or review the information provided to you.

  3. If your login code doesnโ€™t work, make sure:

    1. Youโ€™ve entered it correctly.
    2. CAPS LOCK isn't enabled.
    3. There are no spaces before or after the login code.

  4. If you need help, ask your teacher for assistance.
  5. In case of any further questions, contact us at support@edurio.com.

๐Ÿ”—  If you have received a link from your school or trust

  1. Check your school's internal communication channels for the survey link.
  2. Click on the link to access the survey. There is no need to log in.
  3. If you can't find the survey link, ask your teacher for assistance.
  4. In case of any further questions, contact us at support@edurio.com.

๐Ÿ“ฉ If you should have received an email with a link from Edurio

  1. Check your inbox for an email from Edurio surveys (noreply@edurio.com). The email contains a unique survey link - don't share it with anyone.
  2. If you canโ€™t find it, search your spam/junk folder.
  3. If the link doesnโ€™t work, check the emailโ€™s date - make sure it isn't an outdated link from a previous survey.
  4. If you need help, ask your teacher for assistance.
  5. In case of any further questions, contact us at support@edurio.com.

 


Staff respondent

If you're a respondent trying to access a survey, there is no need to log in. Search for your survey link to complete the survey:

๐Ÿ“ฉ If you should have received an email with a link from Edurio

  1. Check your inbox for an email from Edurio surveys (noreply@edurio.com). The email contains a unique survey link - don't share it with anyone.

  2. If you canโ€™t find it, search your spam/junk folder.

  3. If the link doesnโ€™t work, check the emailโ€™s date - make sure it isn't an outdated link from a previous survey.

  4. If you canโ€™t find the email in your inbox or spam folders, try resetting your password using the password reset link.

  5. If the system doesn't recognise your email, you may not have been added as a respondent. Contact your school or trust for assistance.

  6. In case of any further questions, contact us at support@edurio.com.

  1. Check your school's internal communication channels for the survey link.
  2. Click on the link to access the survey. There is no need to log in.
  3. If you can't find the survey link, contact your school or trust for assistance.

Parent respondent

If you're a respondent trying to access a survey, there is no need to log in.

  1. Check your school's internal communication channels for the survey link. 
  2. Click on the link to access the survey. There is no need to log in.
  3. If you can't find the survey link, contact your school or trust for assistance.

๐Ÿ†• If this is the first time you're accessing your account

  1. Check your inbox for an email from Edurio surveys (noreply@edurio.com) with instructions on how to set up your account.
  2. In case of any further questions, contact us at support@edurio.com.

๐Ÿ” If you have forgotten your password

  1. Click Forgot password or username? on the login page.

  2. If your email isn't recognised, we don't have your details in the system. Contact your school or trust for assistance.
