How to troubleshoot login issues
If you're having trouble logging in, follow these steps based on your role:
Pupil respondent

You should have received a login code and a link to your schoolโs or trustโs survey page.

If you havenโt received it, ask your teacher or review the information provided to you.

If your login code doesnโt work, make sure:
- Youโve entered it correctly.
- CAPS LOCK isn't enabled.

There are no spaces before or after the login code.
- If you need help, ask your teacher for assistance.

๐ If you have received a link from your school or trust
- Check your school's internal communication channels for the survey link.
- Click on the link to access the survey. There is no need to log in.
- If you can't find the survey link, ask your teacher for assistance.

๐ฉ If you should have received an email with a link from Edurio
- Check your inbox for an email from Edurio surveys (noreply@edurio.com). The email contains a unique survey link - don't share it with anyone.
- If you canโt find it, search your spam/junk folder.
- If the link doesnโt work, check the emailโs date - make sure it isn't an outdated link from a previous survey.
- If you need help, ask your teacher for assistance.

Staff respondent
If you're a respondent trying to access a survey, there is no need to log in. Search for your survey link to complete the survey:

Check your inbox for an email from Edurio surveys (noreply@edurio.com). The email contains a unique survey link - don't share it with anyone.

If you canโt find it, search your spam/junk folder.

If you canโt find the email in your inbox or spam folders, try resetting your password using the password reset link.

If the system doesn't recognise your email, you may not have been added as a respondent. Contact your school or trust for assistance.
