Question routing

Use routing to show certain questions to a specific group of respondents based on their previous responses

Step 1: Enable Routing in the settings

To be able to route a question to a specific group of respondents, you'll first need to enable it in the survey settings.

1. Click on Settings
2. Enable Routing
3. Click Apply

Step 2: Route a question

You can now add logic to a question to show it to a specific group of respondents based on their previous responses.

1. Create or click on the question you want to route to specific respondents
2. In the Routing subsection (yellow), click Edit
3. In the If dropdown, choose the question you want to use as a base for the routing
4. Choose the answer options the respondents should have chosen to see your question
5. Review the routing rule in the yellow box. You should see a statement similar to:
   This question is loaded if respondent has answered X or Y on question Question?
6. Click Apply
