How to delete a survey template or a survey that you have started to prepare for launch using a trust admin account
Deleting a survey template
You can delete survey templates created by you or other administrators in your organisation (orange). You can't delete survey templates created by Edurio (purple).
To delete a survey template, hover over the template you want to delete to uncover the bin emoji:
- Click Delete
- Click Agree
Deleting a survey that has been prepared for launch
You can inquire to delete surveys that have been prepared for launch but haven't been launched yet and haven't had any responses come in yet.
To delete a survey that you have started to prepare for launch but haven't launched yet, please contact support@edurio.com
