If this will be your first meeting, you'll start off by discussing:
- Your strategic partnership with Edurio - organisational change and intro to surveying
- Your yearly survey calendar plan - how does the year look like, taking into consideration the survey cycle?
To successfully launch your survey, you'll be discussing:
- Timeline - when is a good time to run your survey?
- Content - what questions will we ask the respondents?
- Distribution - how will we get those questions to the respondents?
Once you'll be aligned on these with your Customer Success Manager, they will let you know about the next steps in order to successfully launch your survey!
