This article contains guidance on distributing survey links.
General information
The survey will be carried out online, using the Edurio platform. As such, each respondent will need access to a smartphone, tablet or computer to fill out the survey.
The Senior Leadership Team will distribute the survey using school-specific links. Each school will have its own unique survey link.
Your role as a survey administrator
A: Retrieve your school's unique survey link
- Navigate to section Results, find the right survey and click on Respondents
- Highlight and copy your schoolβs unique link under column Survey link
B: Share survey link with respondents
- We suggest sharing the link via internal channels (e.g. via newsletter, internal messaging system or during weekly meetings) and you can complement that by sharing visual aids online and in-schools to drive engagement. To support you with this, weβve prepared an example introductory email, as well as a poster that you can put up in schools:

Poster template: Introducing a survey
As the survey is accessed through one generic link rather than individual accounts, please note that the survey needs to be completed in one sitting. Respondents can complete the survey on a computer, phone or tablet, and the survey should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.
C: Monitoring the survey and driving engagement
- During the survey, monitor response rates in the βResultsβ section:
