Distributing a survey: Emails

This article contains guidance on administering a survey distributed via email addresses.

General information

Staff members will receive a unique survey link sent directly to their email address. These links are unique to each staff member and they mustn't be shared with others.

Respondents can complete the survey on a computer, phone or tablet, and it should take no more than 15 minutes to complete.

To help with maximising the response rate, Edurio will send 2-3 reminders throughout the survey window. These are sent only to those that have not completed the survey yet.

Your role as a survey administrator

A: Inform staff the survey is coming!

To ensure all staff are aware of the upcoming survey and are actively engaged in the process, please send out an email from the leadership team introducing the survey a few hours or a few days before the survey launch. To support you with this, we’ve prepared an example introductory email, as well as a poster that you can put up in schools:
